A rare opportunity to join the respected audit team of a Big 4 in Manchester as an Audit Manager is available for an ambitious and experiened audit professional. As a firm, my client will develop your technical and commercial skills whilst offering a supportive environment to enable career progression within the business.

This Big 4 Firm is seeking a qualified (ACA/ACCA) Audit Manager with proven experience in delivering audts to a variety of clients in the corporate sector. Experience of IFRS and UK Gaap is required and US GAAP would be beneficial although not essential.

Key skills required include:

Experience of managing a portfolio of clients.
Managing engagements, budget, timetables and all audit staff involved in a particular job.
Directing, coaching and mentoring Assistant Audit Managers and more junior staff.
Preparation of reports for senior management and audit committees.

You will be ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified with significant experience as an external audit manager who can demonstrate experience of current accounting and financial reporting standards.
