Clarke Roberts has been instructed to recruit a semi-senior accountant on behalf of a leading independent accountancy practice based in Manchester City Centre.
This position will suit an ACCA part qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years accounts production experience who is wanting to progress both experience and qualifications.
You will be expected:
- To produce a "complete working papers file".
- Control the work of junior staff and identify any issues or opportunities for managers and partners.
- Be experienced in bookkeeping with a knowledge of VAT, PAYE, ITSA and CTSA computations.
Knowledge of Vistopia Accounts Production is desirable, but experience of preparing accounts using a statutory accounts preparation software package is essential.
Audit experience is an advantage but not a necessity.
